Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS:
The client will be charged the full fare, out of pocket costs for sedan vehicles if cancelled within two (2) hours of the scheduled pick-up time.  *A six (6) hours cancellation notice is required for vehicles, such as stretch, van, SUV and bus. * Wedding and prom reservations require a 20% deposit of the total amount of the booking which is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation within 14 days of the date and time of the scheduled service. If you made a round-trip reservation, and would like to cancel it, please remember to cancel each segment of the trip separately. All cancellatons must be made by the phone only. Non-Airport Waiting Time and No Show Charge.
If customer will be late on his pickup time he has to contact the office at: 800.260.4059 #1 or 630.605.0744 so we could consider waiting time charge. First 15 minutes is free of charge. If customer will not call the office and will not show up in 30 minutes Start Limousine, Inc. will consider a no-show fee, after attempting to contact the passenger by the provided phone in file. Clients need to notify the office if chauffeur can not be located at the designated time by phone: 800-260-4059 #1 or 630-605-0744
Airport Waiting Time and No Show Charge.
We constantly monitor and update flight arrival information. There will be no waiting charges for the first 60 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights or for the first 75 minutes after touchdown of all international flights. If customer needs more time at the airport they has to contact the office at: 800.260.4059 #1 or 630.605.0744 so we could consider waiting time charge, if not so Start Limousine, Inc. will consider a no-show fee, after attempting to contact the passenger by the provided phone in file.  Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses after 60 minutes for domestic or 75 minutes for international flights the actual landing time and a passenger getting into your reserved Start Limousine vehicle. If you have any difficulty finding your chauffeur, please call 800.260.4059 #1 or 630.605.0744 and we will solve the problem immediately. In order to avoid being charged a no-show fee, please do not leave the designated meeting location without notifying us.   
BILLING:
All rides shall be invoiced at completion of service or billed to the customer’s credit card on file. Out of pocket expenses for parking, additional stops, waiting time and other services listed below shall be included in your final bill:

Start Limousine, Inc. accepts: Cash, American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover and Corporate accounts.
AGREEMENT & LIABILITY: * Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). *Client assures that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicle(s). *No alcohol for anyone under 21 years of age. *Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. *In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds. *Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. *Client is responsible for the cost of the replacement and repair all damages to the vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally. *Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. *Our company cannot be held responsible for delays or inconveniences due to unknown or unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed “Acts of God”. *Any actions that cause damage on our vehicles can result in extra charge, at least $100 or more.
